Robert Pines is Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of kgb with over 25 years of experience growing entrepreneurial companies. Robert has directed the growth of kgb from its launch with only five employees to its position today with more than 3,000 employees in its portfolio companies worldwide. He is based in New York City. Prior to founding kgb, Robert worked at Lehman Brothers in the investment banking department and at the management consulting firm Corporate Decisions, Inc., which is now part of Mercer Consulting. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College and an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Pradip Raval is the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director for kgb. Based in New York, he is responsible for the Company’s financial functions worldwide. Pradip is also instrumental in raising outside debt and equity capital for kgb and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining kgb in October 2013, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Peach Group Holdings, Inc. where he led finance and portfolio servicing organizations, until after its merger into JGWPT Holdings, LLC. Pradip joined Peach from GE Capital where he held several senior financial positions. Prior to GE Capital, he was with Citibank Universal Card Services (formerly AT&T Universal Card Services) and at AT&T Capital. He began his professional career as a UK Chartered Accountant in London and New York and later as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in the US.
