Robert Pines is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of kgb, which he co-founded in 1992. Robert has directed the growth of kgb from 5 employees at its founding to over 9,000 employees today. Before founding kgb, Robert worked at Lehman Brothers in the Investment Banking department and at the management consulting firm Corporate Decisions Inc., now part of Mercer Consulting.
Robert holds an AB in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College and an MBAwith honors from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

In April 2009, Christine Baumeister was named Global Chief Operating Officer at kgb. In this role Christine oversees the operational management and performance of kgb’s core directory assistance, customer care, and media business globally as well as the text businesses under kgb’s 118 brands. From 2007 to 2009, Christine served as kgb’s Global Chief Technology Officer, with responsibility for network operations and infrastructure, application and network architecture, and software development. She has held diverse leadership positions since joining the Company in November 1996, including Director of European Affairs, France, Switzerland and Austria, from 2006 to 2007. She was Corporate Vice President from 2001 to 2006, Vice President, Product Development, from 2000 to 2001, and Director of Telecommunications from 1997 to 2000.
Christine holds an MBA from Villanova University.

Bruce Stewart is CEO of the global Mobile & Digital division of kgb, with oversight responsibilities for all kgb-branded products and services. Prior to joining kgb, Stewart served as Vice President & General Manager of the Connected Life Americas Division with Yahoo! (YHOO).
Bruce brings broad executive management experience in mobile and digital operations to his post at kgb, having managed Yahoo!’s mobile, PC desktop, and its broadband business in the Americas. At Yahoo!, Stewart was instrumental in driving the success of several of Yahoo!’s mobile initiatives including mobile search, mobile applications and WAP, mail and mobile advertising. His efforts included the expansion of Yahoo!’s strategic mobile partnerships with leading companies such as ATT, T-Mobile, Sprint, America Movil, Rogers Wireless, as well as global OEM relationships with Apple, RIM, LG, Samsung, Motorola and Nokia.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Stewart served as a Senior Vice President with America Online (AOL) working on the Netscape brand, and prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President with Exodus Communications, then the world’s largest web hosting services company, managing all of their international operations in Europe and Asia. Before that, he served as a partner with InterMedia Partners, an early leader in delivering digital entertainment, high speed internet and advanced cable communications services.
Bruce holds a BA from Holy Cross College and a JD from Case Western Reserve University.

Kevin Gaugush has been the Chief People Officer since joining kgb in July 2007. His responsibilities include developing and implementing human resources related processes, practices and programs for the Company’s global operations. His goal is to create an environment with employees who all have the skills needed to deliver value to the customer.
Prior to joining kgb, Kevin spent eight years at ARAMARK. During his time atARAMARK, he served in various human resources capacities, including Vice President, Human Resources for the Sports & Entertainment division, Vice President, Human Resources for the Facility Services and Education division and Director and then Senior Director, Human Resources for the Uniform Services division. Prior to ARAMARK, Kevin spent five years at Honeywell (formerly AlliedSignal).
Kevin has presented at various national meetings for leaders in Higher Education including NACUBO, APPA, TMSF as well as at many regional conferences.
He has served on the Advisory Council of Brigham Young University’s Facility Management program and on Washington State University’s Hospitality Business Management Advisory Committee. He is also a regular guest speaker at Cornell University at both the Hospitality School and Business School. Kevin holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Jennifer Nellany is the General Counsel for kgb, with responsibility for leading the legal and regulatory team across the global business. Prior to joining kgb, Jennifer held the position of Special Counsel in the Corporate Department at the law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, LLP.
Jennifer previously served as the General Counsel & Secretary for Morgans Hotel Group Co. (MHG). While at MHG, Jennifer was responsible for all aspects of the global legal function, including securities compliance and managing various hotel-related transactions, including the company’s acquisition of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Prior to joining Fried Frank, Jennifer served as a Senior Tax Consultant in the tax department of Deloitte & Touche in Parsippany, New Jersey.
A native of the Philadelphia area, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware, a J.D. with Tax Honors from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Chris Moss has been in the creative chair and responsible for kgb’s brand initiatives since November 2007 and a member of the Company’s management team since 2002. In his current role, he is responsible for kgb brand initiatives. Prior to that, Chris was the Company’s Creative Chairman, Europe, overseeing the launch of kgb’s French subsidiary, “Le Numero 118 218”. From 2002 to 2005, Chris served as Chief Executive Officer of “The Number 118 118” in U.K.
