Customer Service Representative - US Directory Assistance Account

The employee in this entry-level position responds to incoming calls requesting information about directory assistance, movie showtimes, restaurant reviews, traffic, weather and other information. The candidate should at least be 18 years old, a high school graduate, with excellent English communications skills.

 

Software Test Analyst

This position consists of testing business applications (including kgbdeals) and assuring that these conform to accepted quality standards for performance and usability. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred, or equivalent. At least 2+ years' experience in software testing and quality assurance. Solid experience in grey-box testing, and in creating and managing test deliverables including test plans, test strategies, test cases and defect tracking procedures. Demonstrable aptitude for understanding requirements and system design and translating this into test procedures. Preferably with working experience in SQL and C#. Must be flexible and able to work US or EU hours. Must be prepared to work weekends, as may be required.

 

Enterprise Applications Technical Specialist

Provide Oracle Applications technical support for Oracle Financial applications and Oracle Supply Chain areas for global multi-site implementation. Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Business Management related field. Knowledge of PL/SQL and ADI/FSG required. Knowledge of PL SQL, Discoverer, Forms, Reports, Java and XML required. Strong understanding of Financials and Supply value chains. Knowledge of Oracle Applications Implementation Methodology. Strong understanding of Oracle dB concepts and applications' underlying data model. 4-6 years of experience in directly supporting or functioning in a key user / technical support role in an Oracle Applications environment. At least 3-4 years techno experience with Oracle Financials within Apps 11i. Strong SDLC / AIM experience. Working knowledge and experience with the application data model and tables structures.

Service Desk Analyst

This position is responsible for providing advice, guidance and the rapid restoration of normal services to the users and customers of kgb and its affiliates located in different countries (Austria, France, Ireland, Italy, Philippines, Switzerland and United Kingdom). Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 1 year experience in a professional service center environment providing support over the phone and via e-mail. Demonstrate aptitude in problem analysis. Experience using current or recent Windows desktop platforms and current or recent MS Office suite. Experience with ticketing systems (Magic, Service.Now, etc.)

 

MySQL Database Administrator

Should have experience working as MySQL DBA / Developer with experience in SQL Server; Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or related field. Equivalent industry experience also considered; 3+ years experience in relational database concepts (preferably Microsoft SQL 2000/2005/2008) using stored procedures. Experience with Cloud Database Solutions, MongoDb and/or Apache Cassandra required. Willing to work on a mid-afternoon schedule.

Provides hardware and software support for kgb PH + wider global Data Network infrastructure from issue diagnosis through to resolution (for local and remote sites). Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication); 1yr experience with Core Network Equipment (Cisco Routers & Data Switches). Experience using network monitoring tools. Has worked in a 24/7 customer support environment. Good team player. Good English communication skills. Clear understanding of the different Cisco protocols (EIGRP, VLANs, VoIP). Cisco certification would be an advantage. Willing to work on shifts.

 

Recruitment Specialist

This position will manage the sourcing and processing of US and EU applicants, as well as maintain the global and local Recruitment Database. He/she will also assist in the PH recruitment process. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to perform in a global and fast-paced environment are necessary in this role. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in working with people. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Knowledgeable, clear understanding and has had experience wih Avaya Media gateways, S8700 servers, CM1/2/3 and CMS systems. Knowledge in CTI applications, CMS report and Modular messaging. Basic knowledge in AVAYA VOIP/SIP, ASPECT and AVAYA IPCC environment. Knwoledge in basic AVAYA isolation, maintenance and admin. Experience with Cisco ICM system and ACA/ACS or License ECE would be an advantage. Must have good English communication skills. Willing to work on shifts / compressed work week.
