Service Desk Analyst

This position is responsible for providing advice, guidance and the rapid restoration of normal services to the users and customers of kgb and its affiliates located in different countries (Austria, France, Ireland, Italy, Philippines, Switzerland and United Kingdom). Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 1 year experience in a professional service center environment providing support over the phone and via e-mail. Demonstrate aptitude in problem analysis. Experience using current or recent Windows desktop platforms and current or recent MS Office suite. Experience with ticketing systems (Magic, Service.Now, etc.)

 

Telecoms Engineer (Routing Analyst – Edge Engineer)

This position will assist the Edge Network Supervisor in making sure tasks and objectives given to the group are accomplished. Bachelor's degree in ECE or related course. At least 1 or 2 years working experience with Edge Network equipment (Lucent, PBX Systems, Nortel, etc.). Has worked in a customer support environment. Has had experience using network monitoring tools. Clear understanding of the different signaling protocols (SS7, ISDN, SIP, etc.). Willing to work and be assigned in the Makati Call Center. The candidate shall research the internet for frequent customer requested info including specific business details. He/she should at least be college level or have equivalent experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills. He/she should also have excellent research skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with others inside and outside of the department. Knowledgeable in Basic Windows and MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel. Previous call center experience an advantage but not required.
