Customer Service Representative - US & UK Directory Assistance Account

The employee in this entry-level position responds to incoming calls requesting information about directory assistance, movie showtimes, restaurant reviews, traffic, weather and other information. The candidate should at least be 18 years old, a high school graduate, with excellent English communications skills

 

Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Maintain all aspects of customer accounts within Oracle AR which includes entry of all manual transactions, cash receipt application, write offs, credit memos, and debit memos. This person will work closely with the AR manager and Lead Accounts Receivable Coordinator, Account Managers, Legal, and Internal/External Auditors. Bachelors/College Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. Certified Public Accountant. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required. 2 years AR experience; 2 years experience using Oracle. Good background in both Service Contract and AR Modules in Oracle. Able to make recommendations on how to improve current billing process. Proficient in Oracle Accounts Receivable module, MS Excel, MS Word.

 

Graphic Designer

At least a vocational diploma / short course certificate or Bachelor's/College degree in Advertising / Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. Fresh graduates with the required technical skills are welcome to apply. A portfolio of designs worked on must be provided for evaluation. In-depth knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent skills in photo manipulation and a good eye for detail. Experience specializing in Arts / Creative / Graphic Design or equivalent. Good understanding of current web/graphic-design trends and techniques. Good communication skills in English: speaking and writing. Strong typographic skills. This position is responsible for design, installation, set-up, maintenance, and administration of all server and support equipment for kgb. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree, Computer science/Information Technology or equivalent. 2 - 4 years of relevant experience as a Systems Administrator in an Active Directory environment. Server Hardware and Operating System troubleshooting and installation experience is a must. Should be a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or higher. Willing to work on shifts.

 

Network Analyst - CORE

Provides hardware and software support for kgb PH + wider global Data Network infrastructure from issue diagnosis to resolution (for local and remote sites). Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication); 1yr experience with Core Network Equipment (Cisco Routers & Data Switches). Experience using network monitoring tools. Has worked in a 24/7 customer support environment. Good team player. Good English communication skills. Clear understanding of the different Cisco protocols (EIGRP, VLANs, VoIP). Cisco certification would be an advantage. Willing to work on shifting schedules.

 

MySQL Database Administrator

Should have experience working as MySQL DBA / Developer with experience in SQL Server; Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or related field. Equivalent industry experience also considered; 3+ years experience in relational database concepts (preferably Microsoft SQL 2000/2005/2008) using stored procedures. Experience with "Cloud Database Solutions", "MongoDb and/or Apache Cassandra" required. Willing to work on a mid-afternoon schedule.

 

Accounts Payable Staff (Project-Based)

Graduate of a four-year Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or other Business Administration college degree course. With at least 6 months experience in doing Reconciliations or Accounting works. Knowledgeable in Windows and MS Office (especially in Excel). Good written and verbal communication skills. Keen to details. With knowledge of using Oracle Financial System an advantage but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but should have experience in AP and AR during internship / OJT.

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Knowledgeable, clear understanding and has had experience wih Avaya Media gateways, S8700 servers, CM1/2/3 and CMS systems. Knowledge in CTI applications, CMS report and Modular messaging. Basic knowledge in AVAYA VOIP/SIP, ASPECT and AVAYA IPCC environment. Knwoledge in basic AVAYA isolation, maintenance and admin. Experience with Cisco ICM system and ACA/ACS or License ECE would be an advantage. Must have good English communication skills. Willing to work on shifts / compressed work week.
